HERE IS THE CONDITIONS

You start as a volunteer, once you raise twice the amount you want per month I will pay you your back pay. (Example: You want $1,000.00 per month and it takes you four months to reach $9,000.00 you will get $4,000.00 plus your $1,000.00 per month for a total of $5,000.00. Say you want $2,000.00 a month and it takes you five months to reach $20,000.00, You get $8,000.00 plus your monthly fee of $2,000.00 for a total of $10,000.00.

Duties

• Develop campaign strategies and tactics to achieve campaign goals
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and manage campaign budgets
• Supervise campaign staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with stakeholders, including donors, constituents, and the media
• Utilize telemarketing, door-to-door canvassing, and other outreach methods to engage with the public
• Negotiate partnerships and endorsements to enhance campaign visibility
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
• Conduct electioneering activities in compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
2. Proficiency in customer service practices
3. Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish)
4. Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
